Meet Brittany

“Is she competitive?” — Let me answer that one. YES but I love to have FUN along the way!

Hi, I’m Brittany and welcome to my page! I have a rooted passion for nutrition and fitness. To empower and excite my clients to be a better version of their self and to feel comfortable in their body is a goal of mine. My promise? I provide extensive 1:1 coaching to provide a program that will be most successful for you. How did I get to this journey in my life? Read more about me below then contact me to tell me your WHY!

In grade 3, I decided to join the school cross country team and raced with the grade 4s. Little did I know that every year following I would lace up and race until I reached my maximum 5yr eligibility running varsity for Brock University. I ran my first half marathon at 16 years old, finishing white as a ghost having zero knowledge of proper race nutrition or pacing that distance. My nutritional habits have since improved tremendously! 🙂 Triathlon was a new challenge that combined sports I already loved to do. I have raced in every distance from Sprint to Ironman. A highlight in my triathlon career would be in August of 2015 when I qualified for the 2016 Ironman World Championships in Kona. The ‘BIG ONE’ as people refer to it.

Sport nutrition is not a new focus area. With athletes all over the world competing and racing for finish lines, team drafts or weekend warrior adventures, there is a need for nutrition to complete the 3 pillars of success. FUEL > TRAIN > RECOVER Together, we incorporate past experiences and scientific education to build a plan that best fits your needs and body.
