MOMentum Prenatal Growth – Prenatal Program
The MOMentum Prenatal Growth program is a 6-week program designed to have you moving safely throughout your pregnancy. Whether you’re 6 weeks or 36 weeks, there are ways to move your body that feel good. Exercise is also beneficial to reduce risk of gestational diabetes and assist with labour.
MOMentum Prenatal Growth Includes
- A 6 week program that meets you at your pregnancy trimester (first, second, and third trimester programs available)
- Initial onboarding phone call to review the program
- Week 3 phone call to review progress
- Nutritional coaching included in PDF
- Primary program delivery is virtual – you can complete it in your home or at your local gym!

The Strong Return – Postnatal Program
The Strong Return program is designed for postnatal women who are ready to find themselves again amongst the life of being a Mom. Whether you are new to physical activity or a weekend warrior prior to pregnancy, this program is for everyone! We start building from the core out – because we all deserve to have a STRONG foundation.
Please seek medical clearance from a doctor or pelvic physio before embarking in a fitness program. General guidelines is to wait 6 weeks postpartum but recovery can vary greatly female to female, labour to labour, recovery to recovery.

- A 6 week program with weekly progressions. This is available in 3 levels of difficulty.
- Initial onboarding phone call to review the program
- Week 3 phone call to review progress
- Nutritional coaching with building muscle and weightloss in mind
- Primary program delivery is virtual – you can complete it in your home or at your local gym!

Endure Motherhood – Run Program
This run program is offered in 2 levels – beginner and intermediate.
It is highly encouraged that you wait 12 weeks postpartum before embarking on a run program and be cleared by a doctor or a physio who specializes in pelvic floor health.
Endure Motherhood Includes
- A full 8 week run program that is designed with progressions so you feel improvements week by week
- Complimentary strength incorporated two days/week
- Nutrition guidance and tips to help you feeling great and seeing results
